Development Planning

The development planning process can be complex and convoluted. At Brook + Associates we have a proven track record of success leading clients through the municipal approval process.

Our role includes coordination of application materials, negotiation, communication with staff and council and ongoing consultation with local stakeholders.  All development projects start with at least one of the following; land entitlement, permits, planning studies to community engagement.  Negotiation is another key component of the development process; we excel in assisting clients through complex negotiations.
