Project Management

As experts in our industry, Brook + Associates know what it takes to achieve success and meet client objectives; we also know that nobody does it alone. As project managers, we play a very important role in leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex and sometimes controversial development approval processes.

We coordinate teams of consultants in a collaborative, efficient manner; managing people, resources and deliverables, while balancing shifting timelines, diverse interests and evolving objectives. In our role as project managers, we are in constant contact with our client and consultant team, and liaise with municipal planning staff and officials as well as with the general public and local stakeholders.

Brook + Associates’ project management experience spans all areas of land use planning and approvals, including residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects. We have managed projects, ranging from rezoning applications for urban high-rise developments to overall master plans and policy plans for large land holdings.

Our skills in communication and facilitation, our internal team structure, our intimate knowledge of the development process and our “big-picture” vision give us the ability to effectively manage all types of planning and development projects.
